The Home Economy Project Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization that exists to strengthen families and communities by teaching practical knowledge in food security, home economics, and workforce readiness and micro-business development.
We believe that stronger communities are built when community members, businesses, organizations, and volunteers share ownership of this mission. Financial contributions are one expression of that shared ownership, but we value Partner investment in any form it may take, whether through time and expertise, leadership, in-kind donations, or sharing our vision with others.
Meaningful community change requires more than good intentions—it requires committed partners who believe practical education can strengthen lives. Every partnership helps expand programming, improve educational quality, remove barriers to participation, and build a sustainable organization capable of serving our community for years to come.
Community Business Partner
The Community Business Partner Program provides an affordable recurring giving opportunity for local businesses wishing to support the organization's mission. We value transparency and will honor accountability at all times.
The benefit of this level of Partnership is website recognition with your name on our Partners page, up to $1,199 cumulatively per year. At $1,200 annually, we will recognize the Catalyst Partner - but we cannot recognize higher than Catalyst due to the limitations of the other partnerships.

Community Investment Partner
Some businesses and organizations prefer supporting a specific operational need rather than providing unrestricted funding. These are one time investments and are not recurring.

The Organizational Resilience & Integrity Fund

The backbone of our operations. This fund secures vital liability insurance to protect our participants, provides continuing education to keep our staff equipped, and powers the transparent financial reporting that holds us accountable to the community we serve.
The Community Access & Visibility Fund
The Goal: Build a bridge to families who need us most.
No one should miss out on life-changing knowledge simply because they didn't know we existed. This fund drives local awareness campaigns and establishes our physical presence at community markets and festivals, meeting people exactly where they are.
The Universal Access & Inclusion Fund
The Goal: Ensure practical knowledge is a right, not a privilege.
We refuse to leave any neighbor behind. This fund completely removes the barriers of language and ability by underwriting professional translation, real-time sign or language interpretation, and adaptive learning materials so everyone can learn at the exact same table.
